Miguel Ángel Cárdenas Garza is a Mexican professional focused on community development, communication, and social research. Based in Creel, Chihuahua, he holds a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master’s in Knowledge Management from ITESO.
He has over 20 years of experience working with indigenous communities and social organizations, especially through Servicios Integrales Émuri (SINÉ) A.C., where he is part of the coordinating team and leads projects on technologies for autonomy.
Miguel has also worked as a teacher and researcher, and currently holds leadership roles in initiatives such as the Observatorio de Conflictos Socioambientales de Chihuahua, Colaboratorio A.C., and regional networks across Latin America. His work centers on community communication, social justice, and strengthening grassroots networks.
